    Trong cng nghip ha cht v thc phm cng nh nhiu qu trnh

    sn xut u da trn c s s tip xc gia cc pha v s di chuyn vt

    cht t pha ny sang pha khc. Cc qu trnh vt cht di chuyn t pha

    ny sang pha khc khi c s tip xc gia cc pha gi l qu trnh truyn

    cht. Vic nghin cu cc qu trnh truyn cht cng nh quy trnh cng

    ngh v thit b ca cc qu trnh l cng vic cn thit ca mt k s

    ngnh cng ngh ha hc. Chnh v vy, cc k s tng lai ca lp Lin

    Thng HCNH3 K III trng i hc Cng nghip H Ni chng em,

    Trong cng nghip ha cht v thc phm cng nh nhiu qu trnh

    sn xut u da trn c s s tip xc gia cc pha v s di chuyn vt

    cht t pha ny sang pha khc. Cc qu trnh vt cht di chuyn t pha

    ny sang pha khc khi c s tip xc gia cc pha gi l qu trnh truyn

    cht. Vic nghin cu cc qu trnh truyn cht cng nh quy trnh cng

    ngh v thit b ca cc qu trnh l cng vic cn thit ca mt k s

    ngnh cng ngh ha hc. Chnh v vy, cc k s tng lai ca lp Lin

    Thng HCNH3 K III trng i hc Cng nghip H Ni chng em,

    c cc thy c trong khoa giao cho v hng dn lm n mn hc

    Qu trnh & Thit b.

    PHN I:TNG QUAN.

    CHNG I: GII THIU CHUNG.I S LC V CHNG LUYN:

    Trong cng ngh ha hc c nhiu phng php phn ring hn hp hai

    hay nhiu cu t tan mt phn hay hon ton vo nhau nh : hp th, hp ph, li

    tm, trch li, chng...Mi phng php u c nhng c th ring v nhng u

    nhc im nht nh. Vic la chn phng php v thit b cho ph hp tu

    thuc vo hn hp ban u, yu cu sn phm v iu kin kinh t.

    II THIT B CHNG LUYN:

    Trong sn xut thng s dng rt nhiu loi thp nhng chng u c mt

    yu cu c bn l din tch b mt tip xc pha phi ln ,iu ny ph thuc vo

    phn tn ca lu cht ny va lu cht kia .

    Thp chng luyn rt phong ph v kch c v ng dng, cc thp ln nht

    thng c ng dng trong cng nghip lc ho du. Kch thc ca thp :

    ng knh thp v chiu cao thp tu thuc lu lng pha lng, pha kh ca thp

    v tinh khit ca sn phm. Trong chng luyn, hai loi thp c dng ch

    yu l thp m v thp a.

    Thp a: thn thp hnh tr, thng ng pha trong c gn cc a

    chia thn thp thnh nhng on bng nhau, trn a pha lng v pha hi c cho

    tip xc vi nhau. Ty theo cu to ca a, ta c:

    * Thp a c ng chy chuyn v khng c ng chy chuyn.

    * Thp a l(li), thp chp, thp supap v mt s dng khc.

    Thp m: thp hnh tr, gm nhiu on ni vi nhau bng mt bch

    hay hn. m c cho vo thp theo mt trong hai phng php: xp ngu nhin

    hay xp th t.

    III HN HP ETYLIC NC:

    1. Etylic:

    - Etylic l cht lng linh ng khng mu v c th ha tan v hn trongnc. Nhit si ca n l 78.40C, Etylic c ng dng rt nhiu trong cngnghip, i sng hng ngy. Etylic l sn phm ca qu trnh ln men hoc qutrnh tng hp khc.2. Nc:

    Nc l cht lng linh ng, khi lng phn t 18 (kg/kmol), nhit si1000C, khi lng ring 1000(kg/m3).

    Hai cht lng ny c bay hi khc nhau. y Etylic bay hi trc do

    nhit si ca n thp hn ca Nc. Hn hp n mn yu nn trong qu trnh

    la chn thit b chng luyn th ta nn s dng loi thp ccbon thng

    trnh lng ph.

    *KT LUN: Vi hn hp Etylic Nc, trong bi ny ta s dng

    phng php chng luyn lin tc p sut thng s dng thp a l c ng

    chy chuyn.

    Hn hp u c nng sut: F = 9,0 ( tn/h) = 9000 (kg/h).

    Nng hn hp u : aF = 0,32 phn khi lng.

    Nng sn phm nh : aP = 0,83 phn khi lng.

    Nng sn phm y : aW = 0,005 phn khi lng.

    H thng thit b cng ngh chng luyn lin tc thp a l c ng chy chuyn

    tng qut gm c :

    (1) : Bm ly tm.

    (2) : Thng cao v.

    (3) : Thit b un nng hn hp u dng a hn hp u ti nhit

    lm vic. S dng thit b loi ng chm, dng hi nc bo ho un

    II THUYT MINH LU TRNH:

    Hn hp Etylic, Nc t thng cha (11) c bm vo thng cao v (2)

    nh bm (1) ri dn xung thit b un nng (3). S c mt ca thng cao v m

    bo cho lng hn hp u vo thp khng dao ng, trong trng hp cng sut

    bm qu ln hn hp u s theo ng tun hon trn v b cha hn hp u.

    (3) dung dch c un nng n nhit si bng hi nc bo ho. Ra khi

    thit b un nng, dung dch i vo thp chng luyn (1) v tr a tip liu. Do

    c un nng n nhit si nn ti y Etylic thc hin qu trnh chuyn

    khi t pha lng sang pha hi v tin v nh thp. Nc l cu t kh bay hi

    nhit ny n vn ang th lng v phn phi xung di. Nh vy trong thp,

    hi Etylic i t di ln gp lng Nc i t trn xung. V nhit cng ln cng

    thp nn khi hi Etylic i t di ln c mang theo mt phn cu t Nc, cu t

    c nhit si cao s ngng t li v cui cng trn nh ta thu c hn hp

    gm hu ht cu t Etylic d bay hi. Hi Etylic vo thit b ngng t (6) c

    ngng t li. Mt phn cht lng ngng i qua thit b lm lnh (7) n nhit

    cn thit ri i vo thng cha sn phm nh (8). Mt phn khc hi lu v thp

    a trn cng tng mc tch.

    Tng t qu trnh dch chuyn ca Etylic, Nc s ko theo 1 phn cu t

    v cng xung thp nhit ca thp cng tng khi cht lng Nc i t trn

    xung gp hi Etylic c nhit cao hn, mt phn cu t c nhit si thp

    c bc hi v do nng Nc kh bay hi trong cht lng ngy cng tng.

    Cui cng y thp ta thu c hn hp lng gm hu ht l Nc kh bay hi.

    Cht lng y thp khi ra khi thp c lm lnh ri a vo thng cha sn

    phm y (14). tit kim hi t ngi ta c th dng hi nh thp un

    nng hn hp ban u. Thp chng luyn lm vic ch lin tc, hn hp u

    vo v sn phm c ly ra lin tc.

    III. CH THY NG CA THP A L C NG CHY CHUYN:Ty thuc vo vn tc dng kh, trong thp a l c ng chy chuyn c cc ch chuyn ng sau y: vn tc kh b, kh qua lng dng tng bong bng ring l nn thp lm vic ch si bong bng. Lc ny cht lng va i qua ng chy chuyn va cng btqua l a. Nu tng vn tc ln th kh i qua lng thnh tia lin tc. Khi thp lm vic ch dng, cht lng khng lt qua l a c. ch ny thp lm vic un.Tip tc tng vn tc kh ln na, thp chuyn sang ch bt, tc l kh ha vilng to thnh bt. Lc ny lp cht lng trn a khng cn na, m ch c btlinh ng v xoy mnh. V vy, ch ny a lm vic tt nht. Nu tip tctng vn tc ln, trong thp c hin tng bn cht lng. i vi loi a ny ta thng cho thp lm vic ch dng hoc bt.

    1.Phng trnh ng lm vic ca on chng, on luyn

    Ta gi thit:
