Customers can purchase Mobilio Protection at anytime. Mobilio Protection covers new, used,and refurbished phones regardless of when the phone was purchased or activated.
Claims may be fulfilled via reimbursement or with a reconditioned equipment at eSecuritel’ssole discretion. The reimbursement will be the device market value of the claimed device atthe time eSecuritel receives the unlocked and damaged device less the processing fee andany applicable taxes. Any reconditioned equipment will be of like kind and quality, if the exactmake, model, and/or color is not available.
Coverage starts 30 days after the date of purchase and lasts for 12 months. If a customer’sphone or device is accidentally damaged or malfunctions, the customer can file a claim. Thecustomer must file the claim within 30 days of the incident.
All program costs, charges, and fees are subject to applicable tax.
Customers may receive a refund according to applicable law by calling 888-588-4101 or bylogging into “My Account” at mobilioregistration.com.
