By our signatures affixed below, the undersigned, singularly and jointly, agree to abide by all the rules of the tournament. The undersigned singularly and jointly, hereby waive and release D.O.A. Fishing Lures Inc. and River Palm Cottages and Fish Camp, hereafter known as D.O.A. and all D.O.A. Tournament Officials, agents, employees and sponsors and all other contestants in the connection with the tournament, and further agrees to hold each and all of the above harmless from any and all damages on account of any injury the undersigned may suffer as a result of participating in the D.O.A. Tournament, whether in the nature of personal injuries, wrongful death or property damage. We expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless all the above mentioned from any liability claims whatsoever arising from participation in the D.O.A.Tournament. We hereby expressly stipulate and agree that any claim asserted arising out of the D.O.A. Tournament, for bodily injury and/or property damages of any nature or kind whatsoever, or any dispute arising under the terms of this release, must be brought in a court of appropriate jurisdiction in Martin County, Fl. The undersigned also agrees by their signatures affixed hereto to allow the use of photographs of any of the undersigned for purposes of publicity of the tournament, and to promote the interest of the tournament sponsors.
