    TECHNICAL SPESIFICATION FOR LIGHTING AND ELECTRICAL TERMINAL

    In this document, will be explain calculation for lighting and electrical terminal on the ship. The Calculation in the ship refer to book of the Electrical Installation ship, Sardono Sarwito 1995. The aspects that affect the type, number and type of lighting is the crew on ship, broad rooms and room types. Lighting is used when ship at sea or in port at night to do the activity. Placement of the lights should be in place in every deck that is used for crew activities, ex: gangways, stairways, room or storage. Every room have type of lighting according to its use. Socket or electrical terminal is used to supply power to electrical equipment in every room and the power shall be in accordance with the existing specifications. Type of socket are 2 ampere, 4 amper, 8 ampere, 10 amper accordance to the specification equipment.

    The dimensions of the rooms used are length, width, hight and the height of the room work areas in rooms,ex: galley, lavatories, pantry, gangway and areas that require lighting.

    Reflection factor is the index value and efficiency caused ceiling lighting, wall and floor. Index values k and the efficiency room that used to be known based on data.

    Based on the the value of the index the room and the efficiency of each index, it can be seen efficiency value interpolation (interpolation).

    Values obtained by the equation armature efficiently:
