1. Scope This product specification contains the test method , the general performance and requirement for interconnection system connectors. The specification covers LVDS 1.0 PITCH series connectors manufactured by P-TWO INDUSTRIES INC.

The connector shall be tested in accordance with method 3001of MIL-STD-1344A. When the 500V AC r.m.s for one minute applied between adjacent contacts.
There shall be no current leakage and flashover or damage detected.
7-2 Insulation resistance
It should be tested in accordance with method 3003 of MIL-STD-1344A. When 100V DC is applied between adjacent contacts and insulation resistance is measured within one minute.

About mating connectors 1. The connectors should be mated/unmated each other in parallel way.
2. Mating Do not insert a connector to a counterpart if there is a gap (A) shown above in other side as they are being mate. Confirm that the plug and the receptacle are guided to each other. The plug should be inserted with 5° (Max.) diagonally to the width direction.
