1DOCILITYWhen we are docile we are like clay in the hands of the potter.2Docility is the virtue that makes us aware of the need for guidance and assistance in all aspects of our lives.

Docility makes us have enough humility and ability to consider and learn from the experience and knowledge that others have.

It is important to recognize that there are people with experience and personal skills to give us advice.

The good advice and suggestions can come from anyone in the most unexpected moments and places.

We need to be alert to see and seize the opportunities that life gives us to be better. The docility helps us to consider more carefully the suggestions we receive and to make more serene and prudent decisions based on the information received.

To be more docile we can consider the following points:Believe that the people who require most from you are those who really care about you or perform their duty (home, school, work).

Learn to consider everything you are suggested even though you do not necessarily like it. Do not forget to show your willingness with actions.

First obey and follow directions, then make relevant comments.Make the purpose of improving on one point you are insisted on at home, at the office, at school or with friends. Follow the advice received provided it is a good thing.

Avoid criticizing people who insist on orienting you and try to discover their good intentions and the benefits you will get.

By being docile we obtain many benefits:

It makes our obedience a willing collaboration to achieve personal or team goals. It increases our ability to adapt to new demands and circumstances that occur relatively frequently.

It increases our respect and consideration for all.
