I am a user that every time you write anything on the forum, it is automatically banned by the gm_kiko, whatever the content of my messages. And worst of all is that this is a revenge gm_kiko, against me.

The purpose of this letter is to report your employee "David Varela", better known as the gm_kiko, current GM of DOMO - USA and GM Caesary - ES.

After his departure as GM of Grand Fantasia LAT, he showed to be dissatisfied by the decision, and that's where all the trouble starts, that caused the permanent ban of ALL my accounts.

Around September 2010 he had contact with me through the Meebo chat Aeria, in which he tried, tried and persisted in wanting me to start a revolution to motivate the community into refusing to buy any more Aeria Points, that way to harm the work of the Game Masters from Brazil, which were just beginning their work in GF ES and Shaiya ES, I did not accept the offer, but didn’t reject it either for obvious reasons (I did not want him to take actions against me), but all ended as I feared, he took revenge on me, and took advantage of his status as GM.

Everything I write is supported by evidence, which I will show below, with a translation from Spanish to English, which you can check, with someone who speaks Spanish, other than David Varela:

Here I will present 4 reasons, so you realize why I turned to you, which, as I have understood, some are grounds for dismissal, and not only that, but also a financial penalty by the employee to the company:

1) MANIPULATION:

Is shown throughout the conversation, in which the GM is trying to manipulate me, to be part of his moves to harm GM in Brazil, and so he said, to retake the power and command of Grand Fantasia ES.

2) BOYCOTT:

He demonstrates that, in seeking to sabotage the work of the GMs in Brazil, just for envy, cause he does not have the command on a game as important as GF ES, which cannot be compared with Caesary ES, he even had discussions with the GMs of Brazil. This within a company should not be tolerated, as this generates an attitude against teamwork, users realized that.

3) PREJUDICE THE INTERESTS OF THE COMPANY:

This maybe the most serious fault in which the gm_kiko have been incurred, it is the most dishonest thing a worker can do, because it's not only against the interests of the offices in Brazil, but also against the interests of AeriaGames, the which if successful would not be as he thinks, simply regaining the control of GF ES, but the game could go bankrupt and might have to closed. That's why I ask here that you be harsh and strict, as this is something that all over the world ends up, not only with the dismissal of the dishonest employee, but also with a financial penalty for acting against the interests of the company where he works.

4) ABUSE OF POWER:

After being informed, of what all this can cause, I understand why that GM reacted that way, not only against me but against other users, which shows that he truly understands that he acted badly, and the punishment that he could receive.

All started when I posted a topic on the FORUMS of Shaiya ES, topic that disappeared mysteriously

Then I sent ticket to find out what happened, because other posts with similar content were only closed, but mine had been erased, the response to my ticket was, we are sorry, but this is an internal problem (Support Shaiya ES), this response gave me a great suspicion, which I confirmed another GM, that it was the gm_kiko who had erased the topic, and that they previously had this problem with him, so they withdrew his powers on the forum. But as be became GM of CAESARY recovered them and thus could do again, whatever he wanted in any forum ESP.

This situation to suppress my freedom of expression continued with the deletion of my comments in the forum, led me to denounce this actions within the forum with the GMs of this game (Shaiya ESP), but gm_kiko abusing his status continued to delete them, in those topics, I was not disrespecting him, all was within the permissible, but this was the result:

This was only day 30, but apparently he had free time on the day 31 so he permanently ban all accounts, and the one's of my girlfriend, which upset me because it is something that denotes the hatred towards me as a person, and worst of all, “PERMANENT” banned the accounts that were not involved in any action, and under a false accusation, which was "because of spamming? BY GOD! This is where the GM had to go in order to shut me up so that nobody knew his offense? This I have to endure? Even now I have no account from which I can play or participate in the forum, because as soon as he sees me, I get a permanent ban.

Here we see clearly the hatred with which the GM acted, because on the account DavorSuker he places 2 permanent bans.

And it's so silly, that he gave himself away, all the notifications from Shaiya or GF always come with text in Spanish or Portuguese, but all the arrived ban notifications were sent from someone in USA, where he was GM.

But the hatred, revenge and retaliation was not only against me but against another user who did not agree with this evil unethical attitudes as a GM:

I cant trust anything anymore, since even the tickets that I sent were blocked by him, I want you to please act with the seriousness this problem deserves, and to be punished same as in any company in front of such indecent acts as, which only hurt the company.

I do not understand, why him being so young (David Varela) can act this way, when I should be glad that there are others like him, with the dream to get better and advance within AERIA, and instead he acted in a manner that he bites the hand of the one that held it out to him.

I ask only that this case is analyzed with great delicacy, and to punish those who deserve it, and also to repair the damage unjustly committed against me and the other user, with the following accounts, which I hope can be restored:
