What is Knowledge Management
Legal Knowledge Management refers to the way an organization creates, shares, and finds information. It is broader than document management. Process + Software Tools. There are specific KM programs, as well as other tools that can be used for KM.
What is Document Management
Document Management (1990) refers to the way an organization saves and finds documents.
Document Management (2000) refers to the way an organization saves and finds documents and email.
Document Management (2015) refers to the way an organization saves and finds documents and email, adding in collaboration, security and workflow.
