We conduct more than 30 Mega off Campus drives every year (More than 1000 students in each drive).we are in the top 10 engineering colleges, in Pune. PCCOE is famous across Maharashtra for conducting Mega Pool Campus & off Campus Recruitment drives. Every year PCCOE organizes “Bharti Mela” for offering Apprenticeship in association with BOAT (Autonomous body of Ministry of HRD, Govt of India) 3000 to 4000 students register online. And around 35 companies like Tata Motors, Cummins, SKF, Bajaj, Finolex, Kishor Pumps etc. participate. Around 300 offers are done each year; Conducted 5 Industry Institute Interaction meets till date in which around 150 TPOs from across Maharashtra & 60 companies participated.
