On Valuation Icon Click the valuation details window will Popup
1.Select the Property type like vacant site, Apparent or Building
2.Click on display Valuation
4.Click on Valuate to calculate and display the Valuation Amount
Calculated total Valuation Amount
Click on “Valuate & Save” to calculate and Save the Valuation Amount
3.Select Annexure

Registration Applications
In Saved Application you can see the current status of your Application
Now Application is Submitted for SR Approval,After the Approval by SR from SRO Office the Application Status changes to “Approved By SR”After that proceed with Appointment Booking.
As per Application’s status,Application is Approved by SR from SRO Office which you did selected while Approval Submission. Now click on “View Application” to proceed with further Process of Application Filling.
As Message is Displayed saying that Application is approved ,You can Proceed by approving the Valuation Approved By SR , so click on the Approval Tab checking the Approved Value and its Summary
Here you can see the Document you have uploaded
Here you can see the Declared Market Value(i.e. value specified by user ) and Approved Market Value(i.e. value approved by SR)
By Checking either checkbox you can ‘Agree’ or ‘Disagree’ with the valuation.
In this tab user can see the Fee details and Amount he has to pay for Booking an Appointment.e.g.In this application citizen has to pay the amount 87856 Rs.(87821+35)
SRO Office selected by citizen at time of Approval submission will appear here.
Click here for payment of the Amount generated by system
Click here to check the Payment status like payment is paid , transaction failure or payment is pending
Appointment date can be selected here.
Click here to make payment to proceed further
Select mode of payment such as e-Payment, cash , DD etc
Select type of payment as net banking, credit card, debit card
Select the appropriate bank details from the dropdown
Enter the captcha code as shown in the box
Click to submit the page
Click to Reset all fields
Select appropriate payment mode for transaction
Click to proceed for payment
Enter the user id or customer id to login
Enter the correct password to login
Click here to continue further for transaction
Click here to save the challan details in the local path
Click here to print the page for future reference

After Payment click on Book Appointment tab and Click here to select date
After Selecting date , get proper time and click on “BOOK” link to book the Appointment
Alert showing Appointment is booked with appointment details.
In Saved Application you can see the status is changed to “Appointment Booked in SRO ‘Gandhinagar’ ”.
After Appointment booking completion user can see “Appointment Summary” in Saved Application Grid
