Risk:Possibility of happening (1 being low and 10 being high)How to avoid this from happening:

Tripping/ Falling causing injuryThe possibility of this happening on set is high because this is one of the most caused injuries in media.

On set where we will be filming, there is a lot of long bushes, tree stumps or ivy that you could get tangled in or not notice it was there causing injury in different ways.

Small injury is likely... I give it a rating of 6/10 because of thorns and bushes.

Large injury is unlikely, like broken or fractures. I would give this a 2/10 from happening. The way we can prevent this from happening is to let the crew and actors know of the dangers first and warn them to watch where they step in areas where there is a lot of shrubbery and bushes at ankle height.

This will prevent them not noticing the dangers of working in rural kind of areas. And if they work in rural area in the future they can remember what to do to prevent any danger happening to them in the future.

Cutting yourself on sharp bushes or sharp objectsWith our OTS being shot in places where there is a lot of different plants around they might not notice a thorn bush or a plant with sharp leaves so they might get stung or cut by a plant if they're not careful.

I would give this a likelihood of 5/10.The crew and actors need to learn the routes and people who did the scouting of the locations needs to look for dangers that might harm them on shooting day.

They also need to warn people of certain things on the day so that people know not to walk in that direction in terms that they might get hurt.

Plants collapsing on youThis situation is highly unlikely to happen however it may still happen and can cause severe injury.

I would give the likelihood of this happening 2/10Even though this has a slim chance of happening, the person in charge of scouting the locations needs to take their time assessing areas that may be of risk. For example, in one of the areas we are going to film in, it has burnt logs and it looks like a tree collapsed because of a fire there.
