Objective: Entry-level role in a semiconducting industry for designing and manufacturing of microcontroller chips

Profile: Practical and results oriented Strong focus on the positive aspect of situations Accuracy and going to the roots to solve the problem

Education: Master of Science in Computer Engineering: Major in VLSI Design May 2016 University of Massachusetts, Lowell, MA; GPA: 3.85 Current Courses: VLSI Design, Computer Architecture and Design and Software Engineering Bachelor in Electronics and Communication June 2013Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad, India

Technical Skills: Experience handling lab equipment: joining circuits on bread board, pipettes, microscopes, flasks Programming languages: C, C++ Simulation tools: MATLAB Microprocessor languages: Proteus, MPLAB Office software tools: MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Academic Projects: Design and Development of Greenhouse Technology (May 2012/2013): Used PIC 16lF1508 connecting with

sensors, to get its temperature, light, water and soil information; the values can be changed manually with keypad continuously. The purpose behind this project was to bring awareness of how hazardous it is in regards to destruction of crops.

Water Level Indicator Using Timer 555: Water saving project involving two tanks, upper head and ground tank. Water comes from municipality, so water indicator is kept in ground tank; when it reaches above its set value the pump starts and fills the upper head tank. A buzzer indicates when the upper head tank is filled.

Line Follower Using Controller 8085 (May 2011): A robot follows a line which is drawn with white color. Visual Basic (May 2010): Used Visual Basic to create tic-tac-toe and calculator programs. AM Transmitter and Receiver (May 2010): As part of a team, made a circuit for transmitter with mic and other

receiver with the speaker.

Experience: Summer Internship in Telecom Technologies, BSNL (May 2013) During this four-week training, learned about the process involved when a phone number is dialed, as well as the techniques and importance of CDMA and TDMA.

Achievements: Third place in Robotics event (undergraduate) Certified Best Prefect (grade 10) Presented solar power and hydropower at district level (grade 10)
