During an emergency response or patient transport, time is your greatest asset in saving lives and caring for patients. It is essential that paramedics have precise and complete documentation of incident events and procedures conducted in accordance with local or international standards in order to ensure ideal treatment of emergency patients handed over to the hospital. Here‘s how it works:The heart of MedicalPad is the MedicalPad server, which continuously exchanges data with mobile end devices via a secure VPN connection. Consequently, you are always up to date at the emergency site, in the dispatch center and in the hospital. You can automatically incorporate your incidents, including all available information from the dispatch center, in your digital report. Thanks to expedient development and long-term cooperation with our partners, today we support the complete process of emergency medical services with connections to all conventional dispatching, invoicing and bookkeeping systems, plus analysis in standard statistics programs. In addition to the integration of your medical devices, you can select from a broad palette of supplementary modules such as ABCDE Schema, Interpreter and interfaces to national resuscitation registries.

A state-of-the-art user concept in all reports.

The ultra-modern, intuitive user concept helps your em-ployees to handle an incident report with ease. Text can be entered by hand, stylus or keyboard and handwritten entries can be converted to text.

Patient transport, EMS, emergency doctor reports and continuous data synchronization

Paperwork is history. Users now create reports in digital form, make real-time backups and lightning-fast data transmission.

The new MedicalPad takes over your master data. When the interface allows, the MedicalPad can synchronize data continuously with the dispatch center. The type of report can be pre-selected automatically based on informationdelivered with the alert.

Plausibility Checks according to standards or individual configurations

Even though the reports for emergency medical services are al-ways changing, you‘ll always be up to date with the MedicalPad.

With easy-to-understand graphics, the plausibility checks call your attention to any required data that‘s missing.

The selectable supplementary modulesTailor-made for rescue operations

ServerWe set up the appropriate database for you on a new server specifically designed for MedicalPad or on a server you already use. You‘ll have the option of managing master data and modifications to the program on your own with the administration tool included in delivery. A direct connection to dispatch center is included.

Server HostingIf you do not want to operate your own server, you can have the advantages of a decentralized server in a professional data center, which is DIN ISO 27001-certified and connected to your dispatch center.

Medical Device InterfaceSelect the medical devices you use and the required interfaces and simply integrate the captured data in the incident report. We have realized a connection to the following devices:
