POLADROID generates images the same way than a Polaroid would do

(Polaroid-like).

It produces high-denition images (400 dpi) with the real aspect o a Polaroid

and perectly suitable or printing.UsingPoladroid is straightorward: just drag an drop any JPEG directly on the

icon o Poladroid and wait until the image appears... slowly... very slowly.

POLADROID is an unusual sotware, completely crazy, which reproduces all the

strange behaviours o a popular picture camera with its unique result but... so

much copied: the Polaroid!

POLADROID is an addictive sotware (youve been warned!) because it is so

easy to use and unexpected:

- square rame

- colour shit

- vignetting

- premature aging

Eventually, youll be surprised to discover pictures that were thought to know.

Drag and drop the application in the Applications older.

1) Drag and drop one or more JPEG les on the icon o POLADROID.

2) Wait several minutes until the photo gets developed.Hint: i you want to speed up the process, shake your image rom right to let.

3) Once the image is ready, a bell rings and the image is marked up with a red

cross.

4) The nal le (in JPEG ormat) will be generated in the same older than the

original image or your Images older, depending on your settings in the pre-

erences. The resulting le name is the original le name with the sux -pola

appended.

The resulting images reproduce all imperections o a real POLAROID photo,such as:

- colour shiting and vignetting

- having to wait to get the result... can you believe this in a ast-running world?

- processing limitation o 10 images in a raw... yes, a Polaroid cardridge only

contains 10 lms! Youll have to quit the application and relaunch iit to be able

to process 10 more les.

Have un!Some o the options are not completely fnalised but will soon by the v1.0 public release.

You can modiy some deault settings by using the Preerences menu rom

POLADROID.

Destination older- save with the le : saves the processed le in the same older than the origi-

nal image

- deault older : you can set the destination older o all your processed les.

By deault, the older Images o the current user is selected.

Image

- open it ater each process : automatically opens the processed le with

- alert me i picture is too small : displays a warning message when the ori-

ginal image is smaller than the required size. For best results, the original leshould be larger than 1220 pixels in width and height.

- auto-rotate : allows to rotate automatically the image i marked by EXIF data

(virtual rotation). This setting is pretty handy with picture cameras using this

eature.

Thumb Rotation allows to manage the tilt o the thumbnails on the desktop.

Let, tilt is zero. To the right, it may reach 45 degrees on each side.

Post-processing

This option allows to add special eects on the poladroid.

In this case, it adds dirt and scratches on the image (photo) and/or the rame

(paper). Its up to you!
