Phase I CAP Services
When are commercialization services provided? If participating in the DOE CAP, you will be notified of your
eligibility about one month following Phase I award Registration begins about three months following Phase I award And actual CAP services begin about five months prior to the
Phase II application deadline to ensure you’re able to fully focus on your R&D in the initial months of your Phase I award.

If you did not request and budget for an external commercialization provider in your Phase II application, you are eligible for DOE commercialization assistance DOE’s provider, Dawnbreaker, offers services tailored to your
needs in the near, mid, and longer term of your Phase II award There are more than 20 Menu of Service items grouped under
the following headings

3. Marketing Communications
4. Investor Introductions
