countries have found “no evidence of

an increase of fractures due to coffee,”

For instance, a population-based Swedish

study, which included more than 61,000

women followed for roughly 20 years,

If you take corticosteroids for diseases

like asthma, if you put a lot of salt on

your food, if you take protein

supplements and if you eat too much

spinach all of these can cause a loss of

calcium.
