Sohair A. Aguirre Ms. Aguirre is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Cadwalader,
Wickersham & Taft. She focuses her practice on representing energy and
commodity companies, financial institutions and trade associations in a
variety of transactional, regulatory, compliance, and litigation matters.
These energy clients cover a wide range of market participants, including
end-users and swap dealers. Ms. Aguirre received her J.D. from Duke

Donald Ainscow Mr. Ainscow is a senior associate in the Dallas office of Norton Rose
Fulbright. He practices general corporate and securities law, primarily
focused on representing US and foreign companies in connection with
mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings and securities law
compliance. Donald also represents a number of venture capital funds,
private equity funds and other private investors in connection with their
investments in early stage companies and exit transactions. Mr. Ainscow

Bud Baker Mr. Baker is a corporate associate in the Raleigh office of K&L Gates. His

Preston Bernhisel Mr. Bernhisel is a partner in the Dallas office of Baker Botts. He

equity and debt securities offerings, including initial public offerings,

Peter Bosman Mr. Bosman is a partner in the Raleigh office of Smith, Anderson, Blount,

Charles Bowen Mr. Bowen is Assistant General Counsel at Cox Enterprises in Atlanta. He
provides governance and support for transactions such as mergers and
acquisitions, financing, compensation and employee benefits, as well as
shareholder relations. He was formerly a captain in the U.S. Army 101st
Airborne Division and a Judge Advocate General (JAG) officer managing
a team before serving as general counsel and secretary for Firearms

Les Carnegie Mr. Carnegie is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham &
Watkins. He is the co-head of the Export Controls, Economic Sanctions &
Customs Practice. His practice focuses on legal, policy and enforcement
issues arising under US export controls, trade and economic sanctions,
anti-boycott restrictions, national security reviews of foreign investments
in the United States, and compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices
Act. He has specialized expertise in the aerospace, defense, life sciences,
energy, financial and high technology industries. Mr. Carnegie received

Lin Chua Ms. Chua is co-founder of InterNex Capital. Prior to launching InterNex
Capital, Lin was Managing Director at GE Capital, where she held various
senior leadership roles throughout the last nine years and received multiple
awards for growth and operational excellence. Prior to GE Capital, Lin
was a transactional lawyer at De Brauw, Simpson Thacher, and Freehills,
covering M&A, leveraged and corporate finance and capital markets. Ms.
Chua received her LL.M. from Duke University and her law degree, as
well as her bachelor’s degree, from the University of Sydney.
Jonathan Claiborne Mr. Claiborne is a partner at the Baltimore office of Whiteford, Taylor &
Preston. He practices in Whiteford Taylor's Products Liability group, and
is experienced in Business Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and
Appellate litigation. In his products liability practice, he has successfully
defended a major manufacturer of gasket material in asbestos personal
injury trial, as well as obtained dismissal of a personal injury claim against
a manufacturer of sewage cleaning machinery. Mr. Claiborne received his

University of Maryland.
Natalie Clayton Ms. Clayton is a partner in the New York office of Alston & Bird. Her
practice focuses on resolution of intellectual property disputes. Natalie has
represented clients in trials throughout the United States, and has
particular expertise in Hatch-Waxman cases. She has been involved in
patent cases covering diverse areas of technology, including
pharmaceuticals, software, chemical, and medical devices. Mr. Morris

Davidson College.
Evan Cramer Mr. Cramer is General Counsel at EMI Music Publishing. Prior to that
role, Mr. Cramer worked as Senior Legal Counsel at World Fuel Services

Andrew Crawford Drew Crawford is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of King &
Spalding. His practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, internal

Georgetown University at its campus in Doha, Qatar. Mr. Crawford

Keegan Drake Mr. Drake is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson
Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. His practice focuses on corporate and

in the Research Triangle area. Prior to law school, he worked on Capitol

Mr. Duffy is Senior Counsel at Tiffany & Co. in New York. Prior to

assets under management. Prior to joining Mubadala in 2010, Chris was a

John Hardiman
Mr. Hardiman is a partner in the New York office of Sullivan &
Cromwell. Mr. Hardiman has worked on a wide range of high stakes
contests for corporate control starting with British Petroleum’s purchase of
Standard Oil in 1986. He also has considerable experience handling
regulatory investigations for corporate clients and boards of mutual funds.

Rob Harrington Mr. Harrington is a partner in the Charlotte office of Robinson Bradshaw.

Jocelyn Hunter Ms. Hunter is the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at The
Home Depot in Atlanta. In her current role, Ms. Hunter is responsible for
Home Depot's worldwide legal issues relating to Benefits, Employment,
Supply Chain, International Operations, Merchandising and Intellectual
Property. She is the leader of the Company’s cross-functional team
charged with responding to data breaches and identity theft issues. She is
also the Secretary to the Compensation Committee of the Home Depot’s
Board of Directors. Ms. Hunter received her J.D. from Duke University

Jeremy Hushon Mr. Hushon is a Partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Norton Rose
Fulbright. He is head of the firm’s U.S. project finance practice, focused
primarily on the financing of energy and infrastructure projects in
emerging markets. Jeremy has been involved in projects in more than 50
countries around the globe, including significant experience in Central and
South America, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Europe. He has worked
on numerous independent power project financings including diesel,
natural gas, hydroelectric, bio-fuel, solar and wind projects with both
long-term offtake agreements and merchant plants. Mr. Hushon received

Luciona Johnson Ms. Johnson is in the Consumer Lending Litigation group at Wells Fargo

& Williams LLP in Charlotte, North Carolina, where her practice

ACE Group and now Chubb. Chubb became the largest publicly-held
property and casualty insurance company in the world after ACE Group

Michael Wolitzer Mr. Wolitzer is a partner in the New York office of Simpson Thacher &
Bartlett. Mr. Wolitzer has wide-ranging experience in private investing
and alternative asset management. He has represented such well-known
sponsors of PE funds as Apax Partners, Ares, Blackstone, Centerbridge,
Lexington, Patria and Silver Lake Partners. In addition, he has been
involved in acquisitions of private investment firms and represented
buyers, sellers and sponsors in the disposition of private fund interests.
Mr. Wolitzer received his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his A.B.
from Duke University.
Gitanjali Workman Gitanjali Workman is counsel in the New York office of Paul, Weiss,
Rifkind, Wharton, & Garrison. Her practice focuses on the organization
and operation of a wide variety of private investment funds, including
buyout funds, hedge funds, hybrid funds, distressed funds, seed capital
funds and funds of funds. Ms. Workman received her LL.M from Duke
University and B.A. and LL.B. from National Law School of India

Nazim Zilkha
Mr. Zilkha is a partner in the New York office of White & Case. His
practice is focused primarily on M&A transactions, capital markets and
securities matters. He also regularly represents issuers, underwriters and
investors in securities offerings, both public and private, including high-
yield debt offerings, convertible note offerings, PIPE transactions,
exchange offers, tender offers and other capital markets transactions. He
also regularly counsels clients on corporate governance practices,
corporate advisory matters and ongoing disclosure requirements under US
securities laws. Mr. Zilkha received his J.D. from Duke University School
