Charles Bowen Mr. Bowen is Assistant General Counsel at Cox Enterprises in Atlanta. He

Airborne Division and a Judge Advocate General (JAG) officer managing

Les Carnegie Mr. Carnegie is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham &

Watkins. He is the co-head of the Export Controls, Economic Sanctions &

Customs Practice. His practice focuses on legal, policy and enforcement

issues arising under US export controls, trade and economic sanctions,

anti-boycott restrictions, national security reviews of foreign investments

Lin Chua Ms. Chua is co-founder of InterNex Capital. Prior to launching InterNex

Capital, Lin was Managing Director at GE Capital, where she held various

senior leadership roles throughout the last nine years and received multiple

was a transactional lawyer at De Brauw, Simpson Thacher, and Freehills,

Jonathan Claiborne Mr. Claiborne is a partner at the Baltimore office of Whiteford, Taylor &

defended a major manufacturer of gasket material in asbestos personal

John Hardiman

Mr. Hardiman is a partner in the New York office of Sullivan &

Ms. Hope is a partner in the Palo Alto office of Cooley. Her practice

Jeremy Hushon Mr. Hushon is a Partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Norton Rose

Fulbright. He is head of the firm’s U.S. project finance practice, focused

primarily on the financing of energy and infrastructure projects in

emerging markets. Jeremy has been involved in projects in more than 50

countries around the globe, including significant experience in Central and

South America, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Europe. He has worked

on numerous independent power project financings including diesel,

natural gas, hydroelectric, bio-fuel, solar and wind projects with both

property and casualty insurance company in the world after ACE Group

Jeffrey Tabak Mr. Tabak is a partner in the New York office of Weil, Gotshal &

Manges. He is a founder of the Private Funds practice group of the firm

and represents a number of private investment funds and their sponsors in

connection with organization and the acquisition and disposition of their

investments. He also has experience in corporate and securities law. Mr.

Aaron Tehan Mr. Tehan is Vice President and is the Corporate Group General Counsel
