In the full paper, the authors additionally state that the patient started receiving sertraline tablets 50 mg/day, increased to 100 mg/day over a 4-day period. Sertraline was subsequently discontinued due to epigastric pain, and dosulepin 75 mg/day was started the next day. She showed signs of hypomania and extrapyramidal syndrome about 1.5 days after starting dosulepin.
