Glue the two cones #1 and 2. Use the two separate flaps #1a and 2a.
Assemble together the two cones glueing them on the opposite sides of the disk #3.
Glue part #4 on the inclined plane #5. Complete the inclined plane glueing its sides together.
note: all the folds are convex (hill folds).

Put the double cone on the lower side of the inclined plane.
It will roll upwards,against the force of gravity!
