LayoutThe layout of the magazine is fairly simple, the main focal image is of Cheryl Cole which draws in fans to read about her. The large red “C” matches the colours scheme of the magazine as it fits with the logo of the “Q” magazine. The Picture of Cheryl on the bottom right accompanied by a quote makes it simple for the reader to understand what the image is displaying.

The red and white colour scheme is a convention for magazines, especially as the target audience is men. It also fits with the colour scheme of “Q Magazine” the colour red also connotes lust which adds a sensual tone to the magazine. The huge “C” dominates the interview page . This represents how the magazine is using Cheryl Cole to sell their magazine, as she is a famous woman.
