Filtration System Solutions In partnership with TIMEX Filtration and Water Systems located in Ankara-Turkey, Dovaheights provides high-quality, cost effective, reliable and environmentally-friendly, advanced filtration solutions. TIMEX is one of the leading manufacturers of the filtration systems below; Automatic Self-Cleaning Filters. Cartridge Filters. Strainers. Skid Filtration Systems.

The best leak detection technology can help operators to save millions of dollars by preventing loss of products and environmental damage, and by preserving the company’s image.

SUBSEA LEAK DETECTION

Our ALD® system has been developed year by year, eventually obtaining an international patent. Since 1998, Colmar has tested the ALD® efficiency worldwide in an extensive range of different offshore environments including strong currents, zero visibility, shallow and ultra deep water detecting leaks on buried pipelines, flanges, clamps, risers, pipe in pipe, well head etc. As a result of these field experiences, we can confirm that acoustic is the most reliable technique to detect escapes and thus the most efficient underwater leak detection system. The Acoustic Leak Detector (ALD®) system is composed of an underwater acoustic sensor, a POD (underwater electronic unit), a transmission line, a receiving unit, a PC based processor and a display software. In addition, a special application of ALD® technology, called “Stationary ALD®”, has been developed in order to monitor subsea installations for leaks generated by any fluid (gas, MEG, hydraulic oil, etc.). In other words, our subsea leak detection and underwater leak monitoring are able to satisfy all activities of survey, analysis and investigation.

Applications are backed by 15 years’ experience on filed installing and optimizing Leak Detection Systems by Asel-Tech. We assures the best technical support to our clients. Remote Leak Detection System (RLDS) Asel-Tech’s RLDS is the most reliable and sensitive leak detection system available in the market today with proven commercial success. The system is able to detect and locate leak incidents in a matter of seconds. The RLDS combines an Artificial Neural Network, specially designed algorithms coupled by signal processing techniques to ensure a very high degree of accuracy plus very low false alarm rates.

Integrated Remote Leak Detection System (I-RLDS) Asel-Tech’s I-RLDS has been developed to cover the most important points as response time, sensitivity, reliability, accuracy, robustness and, the most important, featuring two different methodologies to detect leaks. The acoustic technology and compensated mass balance. The I-RLDS is clearly recommended in API RP 1130. Intelligent Line Break Detection System (ILBDS) The Asel-tech ILBDS – Intelligent Line Break Detection System for gas pipelines. NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING NDT is fundamental in ensuring the safety of assets for personnel, environment and investors. Dovaheights delivers high quality NDT-services to all industries manufacturing and utilizing steel structures offshore, power plants, pressure vessels pipelines and storage tanks. We perform NDT during fabrication, in-service and during shut downs and maintenance.

Robotic In-Line Inspection Our fleet of robotic ILI crawlers are equipped with cutting-edge NDE sensor technologies that provide comprehensive integrity data of “unpiggable” piping. Dovaheights’ robotic ILI services offer a better alternative to hydrostatic testing for validating pipeline integrity. Hydrostatic testing is a go/no-go method that reveals pipeline weakness by causing ruptures or breaks; it does not indicate areas of active corrosion. Even if a pipeline passes hydrostatic testing, the high-pressure from the test has been known to cause flaws to grow, weakening the pipe even further.
