SITUATION/BACKGROUNDDow Chemical’s Plaquemine site is one of the world’s largest petrochemical complexes. In 2003, Dow contracted with Water & Power Technologies (WPT) for a 3000 gpmdemineralization plant for cogeneration & process water use.
