PLAXOLENE 50 is a residual Aromatic Extract (rAE) well recognized

worldwide. it is mostly recommended for tire and rubber compound

applications. Plaxolene 50 delivers a good balance between wet grip

and rolling resistance with properties very close to dAE process oils.

For practical usage, the viscosity of Plaxolene is a key parameter for logistics, storage and processing. Plaxolene 50 can be stored at 40°C and discharge from 60°C. Mooney Viscosity is globally at the same level or lower than other oils during rubber processing. Plaxolene 50 is compatible with most process oils for blending.
