Dear Brother/ Sister,

Vande Matram,

As is already knor,vn that Bharat Vikas Parishad, Madhya Bharat North Prant has

been entrusted to organise the above event. The event is beingorganised bythis Prant

in l.T.M. University Campus Gwalior on 2O-21, December 20L5 (Sunday-Monday). I am

sure that by the time this letter reaches your hands Prant level competition might hdve

been cornpleted and winner team would be ready to participate in national level

competition. We shall be delighted to welcome you along with your team in Gwa!ior.

Further information regarding above competition is sent herewith.

1. You are requested to sent Entry Registration Form of winner team of your Prant

along with demand draft of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. One Thousand) as registration fees

payable to "Bharat Vikas Parishad N.G.S.C. Project" at Gwalior.

2. Team of 14 members will consist 6-8 students (Boys and Girls) as contestants, 3

instrumentalists, one teacher from school and 2 members of Parishad (one member

from branch and one from Prant) duly authorized by Prant.

3. ln case of additional person accompanying with tearn Rs. 1000/- per person par day

will be payable extra in advance through demand draft along with the entry form.

4. Registration form is enclosed herewith. This form can also be downloaded fromwebsite www.bvpmbnp.org. entry registration form may be sent immediately aftercompletion of Prant level competition. Last date of receiving registration form is

25th November 2015.

5. Food and stay arrangements will be available at venue l.T.M. University Campus

from morning cf Lgth December 2015 till night of 2L't December 201'5.
