Street SelectionCandidate residential street selection is
based on criter ia including pavement
condit ion , underground uti l i ty work
needed , proximity to schools , and overal l
cost to repair the street . Streets meeting
the criter ia are placed on a l ist for
possible work which is further reviewed
based on funds avai lable . City Council will
then review the recommendations and
approve the work plan .

STREET OPERATIONS
Rogerson Drive and Ralston Avenue have
been selected to init iate a residential
street rebuild program . The streets will be
rebuilt using funds set aside for this
program . Information gathered during
these projects will then be used to further
develop the Residential Street Rebuild
Program (RSRP ) . Voters approved funds in
November 2016 as part of a Bond election
for the city-wide RSRP .

Parking & Services
Parking on the street will not be
possible while work is underway .
There may be t imes when a driveway
is blocked off , but the homeowner
will be notif ied in advance and
parking arrangements will be made .
There may be t imes when a street
will be blocked off to through traff ic ,
but residents will have access to
their homes .
Trash and recycl ing collection will
continue on regular collection day .
Brush will continue to be collected
during regular zone pick up periods .

What to Expect
The program will focus on rebuilding
residential streets in "Poor"
condit ion .
Curbs , gutters , sidewalks , and
driveway aprons , between the
sidewalk and curbs , will be
evaluated . Concrete work will be
l imited .
Util ity work will be evaluated for
replacement .
Construction on individual streets is
expected to take 4 to 6 months .
Residents who will be directly
impacted by this program will be
provided addit ional information ,
including contact numbers , before
work starts on their street .
