SOLUTION

We use Jira as a Incident Management tool, Agile Projects and Help Desk

Use of Web Service to Raise Jira’s Go through the relevant work flow

PRO’S

Issues identified as they occur Application can decide what gets raised Consistent format of issue raising to

allow easier searching Statistical analysis can be derived

CON’S

Spamming of Jira if cycling issue occurs Third Party has issue that causes Jira to

be raised i.e. bad data formatting KPI’s used to monitor incidents raised

so we used separate Jira project
