- review status of articles for the Spring Newsletter and agree help needed

10. Parish Assembly (Councillor Robinson)- agree speaker for the Annual Assembly- agree date for the Annual Assembly

11. Memorial Hall (Councillors Ferguson/Cooper))- advise status on the hall floor- agree proposal for increase in hall letting fees- agree expenditure for PPL/PRS licences and associated hall fees

12 Kick Boxing (Councillor Robinson)- agree to investigate possible support needed

13. UK Power Networks Meeting (Councillor Robinson)- feedback from December 7 meeting

14. Neighbourhood Watch (Councillor Robinson)- agree process and next steps to find a village co-ordinator

15. Casual Vacancy (Councillor Robinson)- agree to initiate the process for filling the casual vacancy
