The 5Vs is a framework to assess and understand a pathway. It is fundamental to everything we do and helps develop a shared and ongoing understanding within the Big Room
Here are some pointers to consider under each V:
Always relate back to the 5Vs framework and encourage coaches and Big Room participants to refer to them, particularly when considering a new change idea
Bring the 5Vs to life by displaying information about them in your Big Room.
