& Recreation Guide
Residency PolicyResidents are considered people who pay prop-
erty taxes to the City of Stoughton. Townships, School District, etc. have no bearing on your residency for our purposes. It may be possible that you might be a resi-dent and our online registration system considers you a non-resident. In these cases, please contact us and we can make the appropriate change to your account.
How to Register for a Recreation Program
There are two simple ways to register for a recreation program.
1. The first way is by filling out a paper registration form. A paper registration form can be found near the end of the guide. Once the paper registration form is filled out, a person can mail it to us or stop by our office.
2. The second way is by going to our online registration site, https://activenet9.active.com/stoughtonrec/. Online registration is fast, simple, and convenient.
Stay connected with the Recreation Department!
Create an account on our online registration system at https://activenet9.active.com/stoughtonrec/ if you don’t want to miss out on our program emails and our weekly newsletter. You can also add us as a Facebook friend.
Inclusion Service & Recreation Programs
Recreation and leisure activities are an important aspect of life for all people. We will make reasonable accommodations to many of our recreation programs so individuals with disabilities can participate with-out fundamentally changing the program. Please go to our web site at www.cityofstoughton/rec, click on Therapeutic Services.
2011 Park Shelter ReservationsThe first day to reserve a park shelter for 2011 is

Shelters can be reserved online at https://activenet9.active.com/stoughtonrec/ or at the Recreation Department office.
2011 Lowell Park Community Garden Plots
