OTHER.

System ofSpecial Teams
1. HALO UNITS - In English, the term commando
means a specific kind of individual soldier or military unit. In
contemporary usage, commando usually means elite light
infantry and/or special operation forces, units.
In the militaries of most countries, commandos aredistinctive in that they specialize in assault.
2. Have goals (expectations) for each game.
3. Flexibility/Multiplicity
a. Have more than one of doing things.
Commando's " improvise, adapt, overcome."
b. Communication amongst special teams
players/coaches. What's working out there?
c. Have a direction, clear goal for each unit each
week.
Mental Toughness
1. Play well enough to win or you don't.
2. Same standard of play anytime/anywhere!
3. Haul ASS to the ball every time no matter what
happens.
4. Expect and create turnovers by aggressive play.
5. Sideline players. ("know what's going on") work the
game! Don't watch it!
6. You never know which play determines the
outcome.
