In November 2012, citizen’s of the City of Marshall Overwhelmingly voted to approve local sales taxes to support the MERIT Center and related partner project
6 Surrounding Cities in region passed resolutions of support for the MERIT Center and related partner project.
Marshall Area Chamber of Commerce has passed a resolution of support and has advocated for the project locally including past legislative testimony.
Area Businesses have provided Letters of Support.
