How to Use Seven UPs
The Seven UPs guide is designed to be used in multiple ways. There are 7 UPs across the top of the chart and 7 rows of action items. Each of the seven UPs is inspirational by itself, so I have provided suggestions for actions. You can choose any UP that will beneJit you the most at a particular stage of your life and then practice each item in the same UP for a day or an entire week. Or you can work through a different UP each day for a week. If you practice each item in the matrix for one week, it will take 49 weeks (7 UPs x 7 weeks) to become a masterpiece.
