But he could never leave his job...
He was sure he needed the money, the cars, the shoes and the fancy wines

Tom surely couldn’t leave his job, even if he wanted to...

Then quite suddenly, and much to Tom’s shock & horror, his company went...
And just like that, Tom was out of a job.

Things did not look good for Tom.
At first he was very, very sad indeed...
But as time went on he noticed...

But he still needed...
To make a living somehow.
But HOW?
The Papers still told him...

The Radio still told him...
And the TV still told him...

Tom was determined to ignore all of these negative voices
He started to think about how he could
Create his own job!
He pondered about the things he loved…
He loved PEOPLE...
His City
And he loved to walk!
Tom had an...
Idea.
The next morning he jumped out of bed…
At the crack of dawn, to put his plan into action…
Just one week later he was up and running!

After a couple of tough months things were in full flow…
Tom gave many visitors a great walking tour of his great city.
