How to Add a User to a Google Analytics Profile Login to your existing analytics account and click the setting link in the upper right.

In the new window that appears, click the All Accounts dropdown menu on the left. Choose the account to which you want to add a user.

Click the Users tab. Then, click the + New User button.

Fill in the users registered Gmail account address and set their role as a User if you just want them to view the selected profile. Administrator will allow them to view all profiles listed in your account. Click Add User.
