□1.2 - The school can evidence how the views of teaching staff, pupils and, where appropriate, parents/carers are used to monitor and evaluate PSHE

□1.3 - Pupil progress and achievement in PSHE is assessed, recorded and reported on to parents and governors

□1.5 - All key stake holders (pupils, staff, parents/carers, governors and the wider school community) have been consulted about these policies and can outline their role in the review of these policies

□1.6 - Pupils, staff, parents/carers and governors continue to be involved in ensuring the school is a smoke-free site

□1.7 - Involves links with partner schools, parents/carers and external agencies to reinforce the standard of PSHE education

□1.8 - Information for pupils, parents/carers and staff from a range of appropriate local and national support agencies is regularly promoted

- Pupils, parents/carers and staff are aware of the support and advice that is available and how to access it

□1.9 - The school regularly collects perception survey data from all key stakeholders including staff, pupil, parents/carers and governors, as well as local and national data.
