What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the hands or feet. It is believed that applying pressure to these areas of the body offers an array of health benefits. Reflexology is generally relaxing and may be an effective way to alleviate stress. This healing
modality is based on theory that our body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems and can ultimately result in possible temporary to long-term healing/relief of pain.
Sign Up for a FREE Session!
To schedule a free reflexology appointment, visit the SRC website at www.rrcc.edu/src. You must be a current fee paying member of the SRC during the time of appointment. Participants will be verified for a current membership by the program coordinator prior to the scheduled session.
