When using Google Docs account for the first time, you will log into it before uploading images

Otherwise, you can simply select from a list of your accounts

Select a group of contacts with whom you want to share the image(s)

On the next screen you can select specific contacts from that group

Now you can enter people not in your contact list and a message everybody will receive along with the notification about shared images
