Alexa, “Play Living Bread Radio”

As you know the The Living Bread Radio Network is dedicated to keeping up with the latest technology, especially when it comes to other ways of bringing our wonderful programming into your homes. One of the latest devices available is from Amazon and they call it “Alexa”. She comes in several styles that all work via voice comand. You’ll need a wi-fi connection at home and after a basic set up, Alexa will be able to stream Living Bread Radio 24 hours a day, all you have to do is tell her “Alexa, Play Living Bread Radio”. In fact there were more types of these units sold last year alone than there were radios sold over the past several years. Welcome to the future of broadcasting!

The Living Bread Radio Network Proclaiming the Truth

For the past thirteen years The Living Bread Radio Network has been using the tag line “The Truth for Northeast Ohio”. We have grown in so many ways over the years that we found it necessary to change our tag line to “Proclaiming the Truth” ; not limiting our coverage area as we have listeners, Podcasters, and support from Northeast Ohio and beyond through our many means of broadcasting, audio streaming, mobile app, and voice activated devices such as Alexa. Stay tuned as you will hear and see our new tag line this Fall.

Remember if you are within a 10 mile radius of Canton, Ohio you can hear us 24x7 on 94.5 FM!

Q: What is the meaning of the Sign of the Cross?

A: Through the Sign of the Cross we place ourselves under the protection of the Triune God.

At the beginning of the day, at the beginning of a prayer, but also at the beginning of important undertakings, a Christian makes the Sign of the Cross over himself and thus starts his business “in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit”. Calling upon him by name sanctifies the things we set out to do; it obtains blessings for us in difficulties and temptations. (CCC 2157, 2166)
