Adrenaline 1:1000 with a dose of 0.001 ml / kg maximum: 0.3 ml subcutaneously

Bronchial Spasm : Aminophylline 7 mg dissolved in 10-20 ml of 0.9% NaCl followed 9 mg/kg/24 hours (divided into 3 doses)
