the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) on the Lot/s and
Floor Area Ratio of 10, whichever is more stringent.

Easements:→ built to line fronting the Grand Boulevard (with min. 5 meter arcade) and along common property boundaries→ 5 meters setback fronting secondary and rear roads
• Parking: All structures should provide 100% of their parking requirements underground• Development plans are subject to the approval of the Master Developer of ARCA South• Prescription of engineering design for water, sewer, and drainage systems• Membership in the Estate Association• Dues and Other Fees:
