Leadership Centre will be a centrally

located hub or amily services and

integrated programming.

 There are greater opportunities in the

niche areas to create new jobs in practice

 The Shean Housing Co-operative wasestablished to nd ways to bring quality

afordable housing options in the area.

Municipal lands present an opportunity

to develop a quality housing stock thatwill bring increased quality o living to

the community.

Re:BLOCK program - Benchmarking

study on sample existing homes to cost

out payback/benets o energy retrots.

Hillcrest St. Extension - By placing a1.7 acre municipal property in trust,

the development o eight 1200 sq t 3

bedroom detached units are targeting

towards downsizing seniors or young

amilies.

Further developments have been

proposed on municipal sides near theArts Centre, behind the Academy, or

Maple St. extension.
