• Density and Diversity of places: habitations, employment, shops..

• The size of the area is link to the capacity of the electric vehicles batteries

The City of Paris suggests to 80 suburbs cities to become memberof the project

The cities will create a public body (“syndicat mixte” ) to manage Autolib’

- System régulation to maximize the risk of turnover VE on park station, technical solutions, attractive rates…, to limit the incivil behaviour, theft

- Possibilities for supplementary Services to improve the financial balance of the service and reduce the financial contribution of groups who are members of the union -marketing exposure for the brand name? -Selling statistics related to use? -Supplementary income operational and compatible with Autolib’spublic service targets.

- Vehicle Features to identify vehicle features seen by the union as compulsory to the vehicle and to meet demand- sought for when calling for project tenders are decisive -Several technical solutions can be envisaged in terms of vehicles and recharging points, in line with the different ways of running the operation.
