ANDC 2012CONCEPTThe aim of the project was to study a Central Business District in West Bengal and address the problems related to over-immigration to such areas.Titagarh has an annual immigratio of half a million people per annum thus causing problems like poverty, slum dwelling and below poverty level standatds of living.
3 sites were chosen for intervention : RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL AND RECREATIONAL AREA.
