Policy NW: North West Purbeck The role of Bere Regis will be supported through allocation in the Neighbourhood Plan of:
•Some new family and affordable housing to include 50 units within a new settlement extension (40% affordable units)
•New informal public open space (SANGs) to be provided in association with the housing allocation
•To investigate opportunities for providing a new employment site
