Secure inclusion in radio announcements on KQRC-FM airing Mon-Sun in equal day and daypart rotation with a combination of live and recorded 30 and 60-second announcements.
Provide signage opportunities on-site at the event.
Provide Best Buy logo placement on scrim on the main stage.
Provide Best Buy logo and link on KQRC web page.
Provide Best Buy with sampling opportunities at the event.

KQRC will provide Best Buy eight Rockfest ticket hits at Best Buy location where customers can win tickets for the concert while experiencing the full line of Best Buy products and services.
Customer activation at the event:Best Buy will be prominently featured on two 12’x9’ video walls within the venue that will provide several points of consumer activation.
“Text and Win with Best Buy” will be features throughout the 12 hour event. There will be a minimum of six “broadcasts” for concert goers to win “Front of the Line Autograph Booth passes”, meet and greets with the bands, autographed memorabilia and Best Buy merchandise and services.*
Store traffic generation after the event:KQRC will provide Best Buy a “Register to win” promotion where Best Buy locations will be the exclusive venue to register to win and autographed guitar by the Rockfest ’08 performers and phone with year of service from Best Buy!*

Rockfest 2008 Title SponsorThe Best Buy “Text and Win” activation program brings the world wide web to Rockfest.
During this all day Rock festival, Rockfest concert goers will have the opportunity to “text to win” prizes. All throughout the day, instructions will appear on the two large video screens within the venue that reach at least 75% of the attendance at all times, to text codes to a specific number for the chance to win. Prizes such as “Front of the Line” Autograph booth passes, meet and greets with bands, autographed memorabilia and Best Buy merchandise and service will be given away at this 50,000+ attended event!
Best Buy will receive:• Creative prizing for giveaways at Rockfest• Signage on-site at event via banners and logos on screens• A minimum of one :30 Video commercial to run on-site per hour• All elements as listed on Title Sponsorship page

Submit net payment to KQRC upon invoicing
Provide personnel to man booth (if applicable) at festival
Allow promotional materials to be displayed for duration of the promotion
Provide all necessary logos
Provide all signage
