What is Clean Energy?
Shwe Pyi Tagon Co., Ltd.
Non-renewable Energy Coal, oil and gas are non-renewable, which is called dirty
sources of energy The power stations burn the fossil fuels to generate electricity
and in that process a lot of greenhouse gas is made, including carbon dioxide and methane
That greenhouse gases cause the Earth's atmosphere to warm, more extreme weather, the spread of diseases and threaten the habitat of all living things
Shwe Pyi Tagon Co., Ltd.
Moving Towards a Clean Energy World…
Solar, Wind, and Hydro are called clean energy which can produce only very small amounts of greenhouse gas once operating
They are also renewable - they can be used over and over again The challenge is finding ways to :
reduce the greenhouse gas emissions when dirty energy sources are used to make power
develop the clean energy industry so it supplies more and more of the energy
