Female Entrepreneurship and Women in Businesswith Regard to the Strategy of the European Union
With this joint convention of BPW Germany and the BPW
Danube Net, the women express their commitment to a
Europe where togetherness, cooperation and dialogue are
priorities.
Women from the Danube region are presenting their com-
panies and innovative, cross-border projects of sustainable
business management for a new Europe of economic
stability and justice.
EU-representatives explain the political goals of the EU’s
Danube strategy for the promotion of women in all areas
of the economy and report how women are actively con-
tributing to growth and prosperity in Europe across all
borders.
The BPW Danube Net, the network for professional
women in the Danube region, reaching from Germany,
Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Hungary
to the western and eastern Balkan states and Turkey, is a
living example for lived Europe since 2006.
