Why kids have the hardest time with obesityWhile it should be hardest for kids to get reach obesity it is also exceedingly hard for a child to drop there weight gain through diet alone. Because children are constantly growing they need more energy then an average adult which makes it a potential danger to put children under a weight loss diet unless they are fully obese and have a doctors approval as well as check ups. This was one of the main challenges for me when I help the nutritionists make a diet plan for there adolescent clients
