Rhubarb is infused into NGS and re-distilled. The distillate is agedin used Heaven Hill whiskey barrels.The aged distillate is transferred toopen tanks, where the spice mix is added. After infusion a eucalyptussimple syrup is made and added.Gentian distillate is added and theamaro is proofed.
