Veronica M. Godshalk, Ph.D.Professor of ManagementChair, Department of Business Administration

Veronica M. Godshalk is a Professor of Management.She is also Business Administration Department Chair.

Dr. Godshalk teaches courses in organizational behavior,management and leadership, business researchmethods, and career management.

Dr. Godshalk's research interests include issuessurrounding career management and mentoring.She has published over forty articles, books, and bookchapters. In 2010, she published a 4th edition ofCareer Management, with Jeff Greenhaus and GerryCallanan. She is an active member in the Academyof Management and the Society for Industrial andOrganizational Psychology.

She earned her Ph.D. from Drexel University, andMS from the University of Pennsylvania.

Students enrolled in the Human Resource ManagementProgram at USCB will be exposed to a range of coursescovering the traditional areas of accounting, finance,management, ethics, business communications,marketing, information systems, international businessand economics. Courses also included in the HumanResource concentration are included below. Discussionsinclude the articulation and integration of humanresource strategies within business scenarios.
